26WD94819 Position Overview We're looking for a Director of Fusion Growth Marketing and Operations to lead and integrate our growth strategy across marketing, revenue operations, and go-to-market execution. This role sits at the center of growth - owning both ecommerce revenue and the operational systems that turn interest into predictable revenue. You will be responsible for scaling Fusion's growth engine, with accountability for ecommerce performance, conversion efficiency, and marketing-sourced revenue. This role requires a leader who can set strategy, define metrics, and build infrastructure - while remaining hands-on and execution-focused as we scale. Responsibilities

For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $159,000 and $284,350. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
